Job descriptionLead placement strategy and execution for all academic programs. Travel, Meet, Build and maintain strong relationships with biopharma and life sciences companies to drive campus recruitment. Identify new employment opportunities and develop a strong recruiter network. Organize and manage recruitment drives, industry talks, career guidance sessions, and internship placements. Monitor placement metrics and submit detailed reports and dashboards periodically. Co-ordinate admissions processes including outreach, application review, and candidate communication. Assist in program marketing efforts by engaging with academic institutions, industry bodies, and alumni. Oversee onboarding and orientation of new batches. Manage day-to-day class operations including faculty coordination, scheduling, and student feedback. Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative departments to ensure smooth program execution.
