Fast learner, high hunger, no ego, extreme ownership. Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or DevTools is a plus. Work directly with founders on company-defining problems. High visibility, high trust, and high ownership. Fastest path to leadership - Ops, Product, GTM, or Chief of Staff. Build the systems and culture of a company scaling globally.

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Founder’s Office Generalist who can operate as an extension of the founders — solving problems, driving execution, and keeping momentum across GTM, product, hiring, ops, and special strategic projects.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role built for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position.
What You’ll Drive
- Own and execute high-priority founder-led projects end-to-end.
- Support GTM initiatives : research, outreach, content, partnerships.
- Work with product & engineering to coordinate launches, timelines, and cross-functional execution.
- Manage hiring sprints : screening, coordination, candidate experience.
- Build dashboards, processes, and documentation to reduce founder load.
- Conduct deep research (market, competitive, customer intelligence).
- Represent founders in meetings, notes, follow-ups, and execution loops.
- Operate as the first responder for “0 → 1” problems across the company.
