As we expand our reach and impact, we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial individual to join our team in the Founder’s Office to help execute strategic growth initiatives and shape the future of education.

Role Overview :

The Founder’s Office (Sales & Growth) position at GVC is designed for a highly adaptable, strategic, and hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will work directly with the founders to drive GVC’s growth initiatives, oversee key projects, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution. This is a high-impact role where you’ll contribute to scaling our community, programs, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Growth Strategy & Execution : Work closely with the founders to develop, refine, and execute growth strategies that align with GVC’s mission and goals.
  • Project Management : Lead and oversee key projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met across multiple functions (e.G., marketing, partnerships, product development).
  • Market Research & Insights : Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights that drive the organization’s expansion into new markets or regions.
  • Business Development : Identify, cultivate, and manage partnerships with schools, universities, and other stakeholders to grow GVC’s presence globally.
  • Operational Efficiency : Support operational planning and execution, ensuring resources are aligned with growth priorities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Act as a bridge between various teams (marketing, community, education, product) to ensure smooth execution of initiatives and maintain alignment with GVC’s vision.
  • Data & Metrics : Track growth metrics and KPIs, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and ensure we’re meeting our goals.

Key Qualifications :

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset : You have a proven track record of working in high-growth environments and thrive on taking initiative, solving problems, and driving results.
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to think big-picture while managing the execution of detailed plans.
  • Project Management Expertise : Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, metrics, and data to support business development and growth strategies.
  • Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Passion for Education & Community Building : A deep passion for GVC’s mission to empower students and entrepreneurs globally.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in startups, entrepreneurial environments, or growth-stage companies.
  • Familiarity with the education sector or online learning platforms is a plus.
  • Prior experience in business development, operations, or strategic growth roles.
