Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed analysis and due diligence for potential targets for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Review, and manage documentation related to M&A transactions, including agreements, contracts, and regulatory filings.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure adherence to corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for structuring deals to align with the group’s financial and operational goals.
Coordinate with external advisors, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
Monitor post-merger integration processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform decision-making.
Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with corporate services’ objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate laws, and regulatory frameworks.
2–4 years of experience in M&A, joint ventures, or corporate restructuring within a large organization or consultancy firms.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex transactions
Education and Experience
Chartered Accountant
2–4 years of hands-on experience in M&A and structuring roles.
Exposure to large-scale corporate transactions and restructuring projects will be preferred
Domain Expertise
In-depth knowledge of taxation provisions, corporate laws and regulatory frameworks relevant to M&A.
Familiarity with M&A transactions, structuring and joint ventures and internal restructuring processes.
Experience in managing cross-border transactions and compliance requirements.
