Rao Associates, a leading property valuation firm with over 30 years of experience, seeks a fast and accurate typist to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in creating professional property valuation reports in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently transcribe site visit data and property details into Excel spreadsheets.
- Format and structure reports using established templates and style guidelines.
- Perform calculations and data analysis within Excel to support valuation assessments.
- Proofread and edit reports for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain organized electronic files and document versions.
- Collaborate with the valuation team to address any questions or clarifications.
