▷ Immediate Start : Head of Operations (Commercial Lines)

We are seeking a Head of Operations for commercial Line of business– India to lead the end-to-end policy administration lifecycle across all lines of business. This role will be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant servicing of policies — from submissions and issuance to endorsements, renewals, and cancellations — while driving operational excellence, digitization, and superior customer experience. The position will define and execute business operations strategy, align with regulatory frameworks, establish KPIs and SLAs, and oversee robust governance, compliance, and risk management practices. It will also involve driving transformation through process re-engineering, automation, and collaboration with shared service units to deliver scalable and cost-efficient solutions.

The Commercial Head will act as the key liaison between underwriting, distribution, client service teams, brokers, and partners to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role includes building and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of operational discipline, agility, and customer centricity, while driving training, capability building, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in general insurance operations, deep knowledge of policy administration systems, and proven expertise in managing high-volume, multi-channel operations. Strong leadership, strategic agility, stakeholder management, and a client-first mindset are essential to succeed in this role.
