Who We're Looking For :

We are seeking passionate CX Transformation Experts with hands-on experience in omnichannel strategy, AI-enabled contact centre solutions, and customer experience innovation. You will work closely with Aparna Kumar and senior client stakeholders to design next-generation CX frameworks that combine technology, analytics, and behavioural insight.

The role will involve designing customer journeys, deploying automation platforms, and enabling measurable CX improvements (NPS, CSAT, cost-to-serve) through AI and analytics-driven interventions.

Engagement Model :

• Retainership or Contractual basis
• Duration : 12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable based on client programs and continuity)
• Hybrid model – remote consulting with client-site collaboration where needed
• Nexora provides comprehensive sales, pre-sales, and delivery management support through its dedicated business development and project coordination teams
