Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy speech-to-text and text-to-speech models for various applications.

Work with large language models (LLMs) and implement them in real-world projects.

Analyze and interpret contact center calling data to generate meaningful business insights.

Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.

Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and data analysts.

Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications :

Extensive experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.

Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) and deploying them in production environments.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive business insights from large datasets, particularly contact center calling data.

Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.

Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Spark).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Educational Background :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying data science models.

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
