Join us as a Commission-Only Sales Closer . Your focus is closing deals with our qualified prospects—no outreach required. We supply the opportunity; you bring your negotiation skills to finalize contracts. Fluency in English is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with incoming prospects and effectively pitch Cinemacolor's color grading services across all formats—commercials, music videos, short films, and feature films.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth contract completion.

Record sales activity in CRM for seamless internal hand-offs.

Work remotely and independently with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications

Proven success closing sales in media, creative services, or post-production.

Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable in a 100% commission-based compensation model.

Bonus : Experience or familiarity with color grading tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro).
