Role Overview
We’re hiring a full-cycle outbound closer — someone who can :
- Find the right prospects
- Break in with cold outreach
- Run discovery & pitch
- Close high-ticket B2B deals
You’ll work closely with founders and delivery leadership. Your goal is not to "hand off" — your goal is to drive revenue end to end.
Responsibilities
Own the full outbound sales cycle : prospect, connect, sell, close.Execute cold outreach across phone, email, and using proven scripts.Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.Conduct discovery, pitch, and proposal calls with mid-market & enterprise buyers (IT, Ops, Product, C-level).Collaborate with internal technical / delivery team to ensure alignment.Manage CRM hygiene, forecasting, and follow-up with precision.Consistently hit monthly / quarterly revenue targets.Requirements
2+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience (SDR → AE, Outbound AE, or founder-led selling).Proven track record of cold outbound success (calls, email, LI).Comfortable engaging senior technical and business stakeholders.Ability to run discovery, tailor solutions, and close consultative deals.Strong communication and objection-handling skills.Self-starter mindset — thrives without micromanagement.Experience selling tech services or software / outsourcing is a plus.What You Get
