Job Description : Strategic Leadership

• : Develop and implement comprehensive Total Rewards strategy that align with business objectives, driving talent attraction, retention, and engagement.

ADP global annual focal point review- responsible and accountable for the implementation and execution of ADP annual FPR from pre-planning to associates communication and discussion.

Global Job Architecture- ADP follows global job architecture and this role is responsible for continuous review, monitoring and consultation with HR and business leadership across GSS international scope.

Associate Benefits- All associate benefits including planning, implementation, review, renewals and all policy design will be the responsibility of this role

Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to Total Rewards, mitigating risks and ensuring corporate governance.

Stakeholder Management

Employee Communication and Education

Budgeting and Cost Management

Skills and Experiences :

15+ years of experience in HR, with senior leadership experience of end to end Total Rewards function in large organizations.

Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations

Proven track record of designing and implementing strategic compensation and benefits programs

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data analysis and interpretation

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Experience with HR systems, including HRIS and benefits administration platforms

Master's degree in HR, Business, or Compensation & Benefits

Preferred Qualifications :

Good analytical, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills

Ability to communicate effectively across all layers of the organization

Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy regulations

Strong business acumen

Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter

Ability to influence others and build a strong business case for people as a growth driver

Continuous improvement and growth mindset
