About the Role

We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to spearhead new-market expansion for HOMA Smart Atta Chakki across Rajasthan and adjoining states.

This role is focused on dealer-network growth, market development, and revenue acceleration for one of India’s most exciting smart-kitchen appliance brands.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard & manage new dealers, retailers, and channel partners across Rajasthan.

Open new markets through field visits, lead generation, and relationship building.

Present the HOMA product range, IoT features, and trade schemes to partners.

Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets and ensure strong market coverage.

Monitor competitors and share market-intelligence & strategy inputs .

Work closely with marketing for on-ground activations & brand visibility .

Provide accurate reporting, MIS, and collection updates to HO.

⭐  Candidate Profile

Graduate degree required; MBA / PGDM preferred .

3–5 years’ solid B2B / channel-sales experience – ideally in electrical, kitchen or home-appliance trade .

Pan-Rajasthan field-sales exposure is a strong plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and channel-management skills.

Willingness to travel extensively.
