Coordinatior Sales

Vilas Transcore Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in Vadodara . This role is crucial for ensuring smooth communication and effective operational support between our sales team clients and internal departments driving overall sales efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator will be the backbone of our sales operation supporting both field staff and leadership. Key duties include :

Communication Hub : Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the field sales team customers and internal departments including Supply Chain Logistics and Finance to expedite order processing and resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Sales Reporting & Analysis : Compile and maintain critical sales documentation including daily sales reports weekly pipeline forecasts and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards for senior management review.

Order Management : Oversee the entire sales order cycle from initial quotation and proposal generation to final order processing tracking and dispatch coordination .

CRM & Documentation : Manage sales-related administrative tasks including accurately logging all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system preparing presentations and maintaining organized client files.

Administrative Support : Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings preparing travel arrangements (if necessary) and organizing essential sales support materials.

Skills & Qualifications

Education : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce Marketing or a related discipline.

Experience : A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in a Sales Coordination or Sales Support role preferably within the Manufacturing or Engineering industry .

Language Fluency : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory. Fluency in the Gujarati language (spoken and written) is also required for effective local and regional coordination.
