Sales Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between field sales, customers, and internal supply-chain teams.
- Process quotations, purchase orders, and invoices accurately within CRM and ERP systems.
- Track inventory, shipment status, and delivery schedules, proactively resolving delays.
- Compile daily sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
- Coordinate product demos, client meetings, and trade-show logistics to support revenue goals.
- Drive continuous process improvements that shorten order-to-cash cycles and boost client satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline.2+ years experience in sales coordination or inside sales within B2B / B2C environment.Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Excel.Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in order processing.Excellent spoken & written English plus local language fluency.Preferred
Exposure to ERP tools (SAP, Tally, Oracle).Familiarity with demand forecasting or inventory planning.Experience supporting consumer electronics or fast-moving products.Benefits & Culture Highlights
