The ideal candidate should possess

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in pavement engineering, particularly in airfield applications.
• Proven project planning and delivery skills, with the ability to manage complex engineering projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to lead meetings, collaborate with clients, and offer solutions to business challenges.
• A postgraduate degree in Transportation Engineering (preferred), with deep expertise in airfield pavement design, materials, and specifications.
• Understanding of broader airfield infrastructure, including
• Airfield geometry
• Grading and drainage
• Security systems
• Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL)
• Navigation Aids (NAV-Aids)
• Strong capabilities in managing and producing high-quality technical documentation, including
• Design reports
• Specifications
• Drawings
• Presentation materials
• Ability to contribute to business development, including identifying opportunities and supporting proposal submissions.
