The Team :

We are the Engineering team. We exist to build the products and automation that will drive Liberis exponential growth in the embedded finance market.

There are over 90 of us based across the UK & Mumbai we split ourselves into domain aligned teams working on a specific part of our product offering as well as across a few supporting functions : DevEx Data Architecture & support.

Our mission is to build composable modular technology platforms that will close the global SME funding gap.

We are collaborative (with each other and with our users) and we value moving fast by fixing things.

What youll be doing :

Joining our Mumbai team of 7 you will be a key part of our Engineering org working on real world problems seeing the impact your work has on a daily basis through :

• Using continuous delivery practices to deliver high-quality software and value to end users as early as possible
• Working in collaborative customer obsessed teams to build fantastic experiences for internal and external users
• Contributing to our distributed global architecture while defending our quality and performance requirements.
• Building and running software exemplifying DevOps culture.
• Taking part in our entire software lifecycle from ideation to building to maintenance to collecting feedback and improving.
• Mentoring junior engineers.

Our hybrid approach

Working together in person helps us move faster collaborate better and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week but ideally 4 days. At Liberis we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
