Job Summary
We are seeking a high-impact, strategic Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the global financial operations of an international technology and services SME. The ideal candidate will have an established track record as a senior financial leader in multinational organizations, with deep knowledge of regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements across the UK, EU, US, and India. This part-time role is crucial for developing and executing a global financial strategy that supports sustained growth and ensures profitability and compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global financial strategy that is aligned with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
- Oversee all budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to ensure the financial health and agility of the organization.
- Advise the executive team on financial risks, growth strategies, and capital allocation across all international territories.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity for international operations.
- Drive financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and tax efficiency across the group's operations in the UK, EU, US, and India.
- Lead finance teams and third-party advisors, while also managing relationships with investors, lenders, and auditors.
- Evaluate cost-control, profitability, and operational efficiency measures to support business objectives.
- Support funding activities, including debt, equity, and alternative capital sources.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis for business cases, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and present periodic board packs, management accounts, and performance dashboards to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
An established track record as a CFO or senior financial leader with a minimum of 5 years of experience in multinational organizations.Deep knowledge of the regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements specific to the UK, EU, US, and India.Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial controls.A strategic vision combined with hands-on analytical ability, with experience in fast-paced, global SME environments.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with other continent-relevant languages being a plus.Willingness to undertake occasional international travel.(ref : iimjobs.com)
