CFO Role with Leading product Based Organisation

Job Description

We are currently hiring for a  Chief Financial Officer (CFO)  role with a premium product and service-based organization in the luxury elevator space.

Location :

Chennai (On-site, Full-time Leadership Role)

Industry :

Luxury Elevators / Premium Manufacturing & Retail

Experience Required :

20 to 25 years

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Qualifications

Mandatory :  Graduate in Commerce / Finance

Preferred :  CA / CMA / MBA (Top Tier Institutes)

Key Responsibilities :

Lead financial strategy and corporate finance operations.

Design long-term financial models for showroom expansion and capital expenditures.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and scenario-based planning.

Monitor cash flows, optimize working capital, and manage banking relationships.

Oversee audits, direct / indirect tax compliance, and regulatory filings.

Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and pricing strategy.

Manage investor and stakeholder relations, board MIS, and financial reporting.

Implement ERP / CRM-integrated financial systems across the organization.

Ensure governance, risk control, and statutory compliance across business units.
