What You’ll Do :

Run and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and more

Track performance, analyze data, and improve ROI

Collaborate with the creative team for high-converting ads

Manage budgets and report campaign results

You Should Have :

2–3 years of performance marketing experience (e-commerce preferred)

Hands-on experience with paid social & Google Ads

Strong analytical skills & creativity for ad strategies

Excellent communication & teamwork
