Agency Manager / SDM Agency Channel / Life Insurance

Key Responsibilities :

• Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors to drive insurance sales
• Train, guide, and motivate Financial Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Provide regular and timely updates on insurance products and sales processes
• Conduct frequent training programs for better product understanding and sales techniques
• Generate consistent business through the recruited Financial Advisors
• Monitor advisor performance and ensure alignment with company goals
• Support Financial Advisors with field visits, joint calls, and customer interactions as needed
