Conduct training activities for better understanding frequently. Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits. Work with agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals. Business generation through recruited Financial Advisors. CTC : Based on current CTC and company Ample scope to earn Huge Incentives and other perks Required Candidate profile Persons with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate ,FMCG etc.
