Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing who will play a key role in designing and executing data-driven, ABM-led marketing programs that accelerate engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth for Everest Group. This role will focus on leveraging advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) technologies, including 6sense, Demandbase, and related MarTech platforms to target, engage, and convert high-value accounts.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in digital campaign execution, marketing automation, analytics, and ABM orchestration — combined with strong cross-functional collaboration and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the ABM strategy across regions and service lines using tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, and Marketo to drive engagement and conversion of target accounts.
- Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns across paid media, website personalization, email, and social to drive awareness and demand among key account clusters.
- Partner closely with sales and business leaders to align ABM and digital strategies with pipeline and revenue goals.
- Leverage intent, behavioral, and firmographic data from 6sense / Demandbase to design precise account journeys and personalize messaging across the buyer lifecycle.
- Optimize lead nurturing, retargeting, and segmentation workflows within Marketo and Salesforce to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure account engagement, campaign ROI, and pipeline influence; analyze data to make informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team (content, events, web, and design) to ensure cohesive and impactful go-to-market execution.
- Stay current on emerging MarTech trends and ABM best practices to enhance strategy and execution.
Experience, skills, and education
We are seeking a high caliber individual to maintain our exceptional standards. This person should have :
10–14 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B professional services or SaaS environment.Hands-on expertise with 6sense and / or Demandbase (mandatory), with proven experience building and optimizing ABM programs.Strong experience in Marketo and Salesforce, with ability to execute campaigns, manage data, and integrate automation workflows.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or Data Studio) to measure and interpret campaign performance.Understanding of paid digital channels (, Google Ads, display) and ability to integrate them into ABM strategies.Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for performance marketing and measurable results.Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or certification in digital / marketing automation preferred.
