Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media marketing strategies, generating leads, and analyzing web analytics. The role also includes planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Strategize and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns — from awareness to remarketing — ensuring CAC, ROAS, and conversion goals are met.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and derive actionable insights to improve results.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, visuals, and video briefs that align with campaign objectives.
- Continuously test ad creatives, audience segments, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Manage budgets and pacing across multiple platforms to maximize performance efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns optimized.
- Work closely with the brand and product team to plan seasonal and product-based campaigns.
Requirements :
2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for a D2C or e-commerce brand.Strong command over Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (experience in Marketplace Ads like Flipkart / Amazon is a plus).Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Excel / Sheets.Deep understanding of metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.Creative mindset with an eye for performance-driven content and ad creatives.Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end independently.What We Offer :
