We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to join our team for the C02 project . The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and technical understanding of SAP HCM modules, with experience in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications in SAP HCM.
- Configure and implement SAP HCM modules, including but not limited to Personnel Administration (PA) , Organizational Management (OM) , Time Management (TM) , and Payroll .
- Handle end-to-end implementation , support, and maintenance of HCM processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and optimize HR business processes in SAP.
- Manage data uploads using LSMW , BDC , or other tools.
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for user issues.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM updates and best practices.
- Assist in integrating SAP HCM with other SAP or third-party systems (SuccessFactors, SAP FIORI, etc.).
Mandatory Skills :
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM modules – PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll.Experience in SAP HCM configuration and business process mapping .Good knowledge of HCM processes , legal compliance, and statutory requirements.Ability to conduct gap analysis and process optimization .Strong troubleshooting and support skills.Preferred Skills :
Experience with ESS / MSS , SAP FIORI for HCM, or SuccessFactors integration.Knowledge of SAP HCM in S / 4HANA environment.Familiarity with HR Renewal , SAP BTP , or workflow configuration .Worked on multi-country payroll or global implementations .Skills Required
