Job Description

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

• . Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the streamlined execution of projects
• . Provide regular updates to the program manager / stakeholders on project status and risks / issues
• . Ensure that all tasks are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget
• . Ensure resource availability and allocation
• . Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• . Coordinate project execution activities, which include development, implementation, testing, and training plans, and ensure the successful transition to support and maintain teams
• . Perform risk and issue management to ensure on-time delivery with quality
• . Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• . Monitor resource utilization through Time Sheets.
• . Implement changes to enhance process efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance.
