As an IT & D Senior Manager Platform Manager- Global Integrations, you'll be orchestrating cutting-edge solutions that will shape the future of health, hygiene, and nutrition globally. In this role, you will bring your vision and expertise to lead the design and delivery of our IT & D initiatives. Your responsibilities
The Senior Platform Manager will be mainly responsible for :
Rallying behind the team to identify and build integration templates and assets as and when required.
Oversight of any development and maintenance of the core APIs and the platforms,
ensuring efficiency and upkeep of the various platforms.
Your duties would include managing IT teams and specialists, setting goals and objectives, monitoring the workflow, performing upgrades, and addressing issues and concerns,
Develop and maintain Platform architecture standards, policies, and best practices.
Conduct technical assessments and evaluations to identify Platform requirements and opportunities.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure seamless communication between various systems, applications, and data sources.
Develop and maintain Platform design documentation and technical specifications.
Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure efficient and effective Platform solutions.
Provide guidance and mentoring to technical teams on Platform architecture best practices.
The experience we're looking for
12 to 15 years of hands-on experience with expertise in Enterprise level Integration Architcture and Azure Integration Services, Mule ESB or any Middleware / ESB (Oracle SOA, TIBCO, WebMethods, Dell Boomi etc)
6-8 years of solid experience in an Enterprise IT team with a strong Design and Solution expertise preferably in Integration
Exposure to microservices architecture, containers and serverless computing is highly desired
Exposure to Cloud Computing and Enterprise Security concepts / standards
The right candidate will support the Integration lead on integration technology vendors, service providers and SI supplier engagement, direction, management, and oversight
The right candidate will be a coach and mentor to the integration competency centre team and provide technical oversight to others.
