Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Bengaluru, for a Training and Quality Manager. The role involves designing and delivering training programs for employees, monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The Training and Quality Manager will also oversee quality assurance processes, assess team performance, and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience - Minimum 5 years in Training and Quality in a domestic contact centre at a managerial role.
Compensation - CTC Ranging between 8.00 lacs - 12.00 lacs (Depending upon last drawn ctc)
