Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a global team of Workday analysts and administrators across time zones.
• Own the Workday roadmap in collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on configuration and solution design in Workday HCM (e., Core HR, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting) and / or Workday Financials (e., Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement).
• Serve as the primary escalation point for Workday-related issues and enhancement requests.
• Drive global Workday implementations, rollouts, and ongoing optimization projects.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance across regions.
• Establish and maintain governance and change management processes.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track system usage and performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and Workday support partners.

Qualifications :

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Workday Reporting, BIRT, EIBs, or Studio integrations.

Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.

Experience in multinational organizations or complex enterprise environments.
