About the Role (Full‑Time)
Amicis is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant to lead and execute full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and support projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Finance and Operations (F&O) module of Dynamics 365, translating complex business requirements into effective D365 solutions and guiding clients through business process transformation.
Objectives & Responsibilities
Implementation Leadership : Lead the Finance track on D365 F&O implementation projects, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.Solution Design : Design and configure core financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank Management, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cost Accounting.Business Process Analysis : Conduct detailed business process analysis and workshops to identify client needs, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement using D365 best practices.Client Management : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations, providing thought leadership, and communicating technical and functional concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Documentation : Create comprehensive functional design documents (FDDs), test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.Data Migration : Oversee and participate in financial data migration strategy, planning, and execution.Integration : Work closely with technical teams to define specifications for customizations, integrations (e.g., to external banking systems, payroll), and reporting requirements using tools like Power BI.Training & Support : Develop and deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support and mentorship.
