Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Operations Executive - Event Production. The individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring seamless production and execution. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with teams to develop event concepts, managing budgets, overseeing operations, ensuring timelines are met, and coordinating communication across all stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences for clients.

Qualifications

Experience in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management

Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors

Proficiency in Budgeting to plan and allocate resources efficiently

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and meet deadlines

Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changing requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in the marketing, media, or events industry is a plus
