About the Role
We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with around 5 years of hands-on experience in CRM process mapping, requirement gathering, and Salesforce implementation. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document Salesforce requirements.
- Translate business processes into technical user stories for development teams.
- Work with Salesforce Developers and Admins to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct functional testing, UAT coordination, and end-user training.
- Create business process flows, data mappings, and reports / dashboards in Salesforce.
- Drive improvements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Support change management and adoption initiatives for new Salesforce features.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and releases.
Required Skills & Experience :
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Salesforce projects .Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community / Experience Cloud.Proficiency in creating user stories, wireframes, process flows, and functional specs.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).Good to Have :
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst credential.Exposure to CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Tableau CRM.Experience in data migration or third-party integrations.
