Key responsibilities
Sourcing and screening :
Find and screen candidates from job Sites, social media, and professional networks to create a pipeline of qualified applicants.
Interview Scheduling :
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide support for virtual recruitment events.
Administrative support :
Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), update databases, and provide general administrative help to the TA team.
Candidates
Onboarding :
Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
Required skills and qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite.
Organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
