Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation .
- Train students for campus recruitment , competitive examinations, and corporate aptitude tests.
- Develop training content, practice worksheets, mock tests, and assessments.
- Conduct online / offline classes, workshops, doubt-solving sessions , and revision modules.
- Monitor learner performance, evaluate progress, and provide personalized feedback.
- Prepare students for aptitude rounds used by top companies such as TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Deloitte, etc.
- Stay updated with evolving campus exam patterns and introduce new problem-solving techniques.
- Maintain discipline, training logs, student attendance, and training MIS.
