Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Jaipur for a Fashion Design Faculty member. The faculty will be responsible for delivering high-quality curriculum, mentoring students on creative and technical aspects of fashion design, and fostering professional skills. Tasks include conducting lectures, workshops, and practical sessions, evaluating student work, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to the institute's academic growth.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Pattern Making, Illustration, and Garment Construction
• Expertise in Fashion History, Trends Analysis, and Styling Techniques
• Demonstrated ability to use software and other design tools
• Excellent teaching, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline
• Prior experience in teaching or in the fashion industry is highly valued
• Creativity in visual storytelling and a passion for mentoring aspiring designers
