Role Overview : We are looking for a highly capable and detail oriented Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Blackline Phase III. This role requires strong project management expertise to coordinate across multiple workstreams spanning Technology, SAP S / 4HANA, and other business units ensuring alignment with the program's overall goals and timelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, well organized, and experienced in managing complex financial systems implementations in a cross functional environment.

Required Skills & Competencies :
- 8 to 12 years of total experience, with a strong track record in project management of enterprise IT or finance transformation projects.
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional project teams in complex environments.
- Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of risk and issue management, with the ability to lead mitigation efforts.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior hands on experience with Blackline implementations is highly desirable.Experience with SAP S / 4HANA finance modules or related transformation programs.Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum) are a plus.Experience working in hybrid or global delivery environments.Key Responsibilities :
1. Project Coordination
Assist the Project Lead in planning, organizing, and executing the Blackline Phase III implementation.Drive alignment across workstreams, ensuring smooth coordination between Technology, SAP S / 4, and other business functions.Track and manage project schedules, milestones, and dependencies.Monitor resource allocations and proactively adjust plans to meet changing project needs.Ensure timely delivery of key project deliverables.2. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive and up to date project documentation including plans, risk logs, and status reports.Develop reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility into project health and progress.Ensure quality and completeness of all project related documentation, including testing artifacts.Prepare regular updates and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.3. Risk & Issue Management
Identify, document, and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies.Collaborate with the Project Lead and other stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.Track resolution of issues and escalate blockers where necessary.Promote accountability and timely issue resolution across workstreams.4. Stakeholder & Communication Management
