About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a keen understanding of how to attract top talent across various domains.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes , conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and act as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Requirements :
2–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in IT or tech hiring).Strong sourcing experience using , Naukri, and other platforms .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.What We Offer :
