Position : UX Design Intern

Location : Pune

Type : Internship

Duration : 3 to 6 months

Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate UX Design Intern who is eager to transition into the world of product design. This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT (e.g., development or QA etc.) who has recently completed UI / UX design training and is excited to work on real-world SaaS applications. You’ll be part of a cross-functional product team, working closely with senior designers and product managers to design delightful, scalable, and accessible user experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Support UX projects from research, wireframing, and prototyping to usability testing.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate design research, ideation, and testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and QA.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and user research to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in creating UI components, user flows, and journey maps.
  • Document design decisions and contribute to design system updates.
  • Present ideas and designs with clarity and rationale. What We’re Looking For
  • Basic understanding of UX and UI design principles.
  • Completed UI / UX design certification or coursework from a recognized platform or institute.
  • Prior experience in an IT role (e.g., development, QA, or business analysis).
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
  • Enthusiasm to explore and apply AI tools in the design workflow.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education background in BCA, B.Tech, BE, or Design.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based design accelerators like Uizard, Galileo, or Perplexity is a plus.
  • A portfolio or sample projects demonstrating your design thinking and process (even academic or practice projects are welcome).

    Education & Experience

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience : 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with proven expertise in declarative automation and platform customization. Required Skills & Competencies Technical / Functional (Essential)
  • Work on complex, high-impact Salesforce initiatives that directly influence business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to multiple business domains.
  • Opportunity to drive innovation and shape scalable automation strategies.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flow Builder and declarative automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, data model, and security architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools using APIs or middleware such as MuleSoft or Zapier.
  • Salesforce certifications : Administrator (ADM 201) and Platform App Builder.
  • Ability to work flexible hours across multiple time zones, if required. Preferred
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Advanced Administrator).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, version control, and Git-based development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate business
