Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable housing finance solutions. Daily tasks include client interactions, loan processing, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will participate in marketing activities to promote MHFCL's products and services.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of financial products and housing finance
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Ability to handle loan processing and documentation tasks
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the finance sector
• Good marketing and promotional skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Previous experience in the housing finance industry is a plus
