Job Title : Oracle Functional Consultant EBS SCM

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Functional Consultant SCM with deep expertise in Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules. The ideal candidate will have led multiple EBS implementation and upgrade projects, worked extensively with cross-functional teams, and delivered scalable solutions to optimize supply chain and procurement processes for large Responsibilities :

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle SCM modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
• Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Configure and optimize Oracle SCM modules, including data conversions, master data setup, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, offshore teams, and technical developers to design, validate, and implement solutions.
• Drive end-to-end testing cycles using Oracle OUM methodology, ensuring defect-free delivery.
• Analyze and resolve critical production issues, raising and managing Sev-1 SRs with Oracle Support where necessary.
• Define and articulate end-to-end business processes with clear integration touchpoints across SCM, Procurement, and Finance.
• Manage project deliverables, scope control, and change management processes, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Provide functional expertise during solution design, data migration, UAT, and cutover Skills :
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules : Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM configuration, data conversion, and functional testing.
• Proven experience in large-scale Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades (at least 1 full-cycle end-to-end project).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Apps functional / technical architecture and integration touchpoints across modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for handling production issues and optimizing processes.
• Experience working with Oracle Support on Sev-1 issues.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.
• Strong team management and leadership skills in handling cross-functional global delivery to Have :
• Exposure to Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, and Supply Chain Planning modules.
• Familiarity with cloud migration (EBS to Oracle Fusion SCM).
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall delivery methodologies and global delivery models.
