Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Support : Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of core Oracle Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). You will ensure these modules are aligned with business and government financial requirements.
Process Analysis & Improvement : Conduct detailed process mapping and gap analysis to document existing workflows. Your role is to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to optimize financial operations and ensure compliance.
Financial Management & Reporting : You will apply your expertise in month-end and year-end closing processes across multiple ledgers. You'll also use your in-depth knowledge of budgeting, grants management, and fund accounting to support the organization's financial needs.
Compliance & Audit : Ensure all financial processes and configurations comply with government financial regulations. You will work with a Chart of Accounts aligned to government fund structures to maintain accuracy and audit readiness.

Experience & Education :
Experience : A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with a focus on financial modules.
Education : A Bachelor's and Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Certifications in Oracle Financials are a plus.
