Qualifications : CA / MBA with

12+ years experience

in ECM / capital markets sales

Key Responsibilities :

Lead

Equity Capital Market transactions

(IPO, FPO, QIP, Rights Issues, etc.)

Manage client relationships with

corporates, institutional investors, and stakeholders

Originate new business opportunities and drive ECM sales strategy

Oversee end-to-end

deal execution, negotiations, and closings

Collaborate with Investment Banking, Legal & Compliance teams for smooth execution

Ideal Candidate : Deep knowledge of

equity capital markets & valuation techniques

Strong

business development & client relationship management

skills

Proven track record in

deal origination and execution

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
