Job descriptionConduct regular virtual check-ins to assess progress, adjust programs, and provide motivation. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Work closely with the team to ensure seamless client experiences and share best practices. Contribute to refining coaching methodologies and systems. Educate clients on fitness, nutrition, and mindset principles to foster self-sufficiency. Motivate clients to stay consistent and overcome challenges with a positive, supportive approach. Monitor client progress and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Identify trends in client performance and recommend improvements to the coaching process. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer. Prior experience in online coaching or working with busy professionals is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred. Certifications from recognized organizations (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent) are required. In-depth knowledge of exercise programming, nutrition, and habit formation. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and inspire clients. Proficiency in using online tools for coaching and CRM systems. A results-driven mindset with high standards of professionalism and accountability. Empathy and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and schedules effectively.
