Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development : Identify and generate leads for staffing and recruitment services across India and the Middle East.
- Sales Outreach : Utilize Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools to build a strong client pipeline.
- Client Engagement : Present and pitch our staffing and recruitment solutions to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; act as a trusted partner for their recruitment needs.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns to identify opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the internal recruitment team to deliver seamless service to clients.
- Flexible Support : Manage business development activities across multiple time zones, ensuring responsiveness to clients in both India and the Middle East.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, preferably within staffing, recruitment, or HR services.Proven ability to generate new business leads and convert them into clients.Strong knowledge of and other lead generation platforms for sales outreach.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .Experience in account management and client servicing.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to different time zones.A proactive, self-motivated, and result-driven professional with a focus on meeting targets.What We Offer
