Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources and Administration role. The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, manage recruitment processes, handle employee relations and performance management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role also includes administrative responsibilities such as managing office supplies, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining office infrastructure. This is an on-site role located in Karjan.
