Support recruitment of plant-level staff, operators, and blue-collar workforceOrganize induction and onboarding programsIdentify training needs and coordinate skill development programs🧾 Audit & Reporting
Prepare HR MIS reports : attrition, headcount, leave, etc.Assist in ISO / HR / statutory audits
