Role Summary :
The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring
system reliability, managing IT operations, and implementing security and governance policies
across campuses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage IT operations and support across all locations
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure and system performance
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols
- Oversee IT asset inventory and procurement
- Develop and enforce IT policies and compliance standards
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams
- Lead initiatives for digital transformation and process automation
