About the role :
Indulge Creamery is a new-age, premium, ice cream-focused, all day brunch café opening soon in Bandra, Mumbai. We are seeking a passionate and energetic Head Chef to take charge of food operations, menu execution, team training, and quality control. This is a hands-on kitchen leadership role (no ovens / gas, all-electric), with the opportunity to helm one of the city's most exciting dessert and coffee destinations.
Key responsibilities :
Oversee daily kitchen and food production, ensuring consistency
Lead a team in executing a premium café menu (breakfast, bowls, sandwiches, ice cream-based desserts, and shakes)
Collaborate with consulting chefs on recipe adherence and plating
Maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards
Manage ordering, stock, and kitchen administration
Train and motivate team members
Innovate with seasonal and ice cream-driven food ideas
Requirements :
Minimum 8 years' professional experience as CDP / Sous / Head Chef (café or similar background
)Strong skills in European / continental cuisine, electric / induction cooking, fryer, and live counter servic
eProven record in team management and kitchen SOP
sEnergetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about modern desserts and café foo
dMumbai / Bandra-based or ready to relocate preferre
dSalary up to ₹60,000 / month depending on experienc
