The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, maximize revenue generation and lead closures through calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Client acquisition and business development by direct sales.
• Setting up meetings / Site visits with potential clients and listening to their concerns.
• Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property.
• Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.
• Meet and advise clients on real estate.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Handle HNI clients with ease & efficiency.
