Chief Finance Officer - Garment / Textile Manufacturing

Job descriptionOversee all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and MIS reports. Manage cost control systems and drive efficiency in all finance-related processes. Supervise month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and audits. Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with clear variance analysis. Drive cost optimization strategies across manufacturing, procurement, and operations. Monitor KPIs and financial performance against benchmarks. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities. Establish strong internal control systems and risk management frameworks. Lead and mentor the finance, accounts, and commercial teams. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. 15-20 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts. Minimum 3+ years in a senior management / GM role handling end-to-end finance operations. Proven exposure to garment / textile manufacturing operations. Strong understanding of costing, pricing, working capital management, and export finance. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Be part of a growing and reputed garment manufacturing organization.
