Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for in Global Procurement for an Assistant Manager - MRO & Capex Buying based in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the requirement of global procurement of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies, as well as capital expenditure (Capex) items. They will handle vendor management, negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of materials, and maintain inventory levels. The role also involves cost analysis, budget management, and coordinating with various departments to meet procurement needs.

Qualifications

• Skills in vendor management and contract negotiation
• Experience in procurement of MRO supplies and Capex items
• Proficiency in cost analysis and budget management
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the cement industry is a plus.
